Programs
Based on previous interactions with my community and themes from dozens of coaching calls I've had this year, I've generated some bootcamp-style programs aimed at addressing specific life and workplace challenges. All programs can be accessed online without the need to interact with me personally, with a dedicated chat feature to answer any questions that come up. Once enrolled in any of the programs, you can access the membership area/dashboard to submit files/worksheets, receive instructions, manage subscriptions and schedule calls with me.
Plans
Plans are subscription-based and allow you to embed coaching into your lifestyle. Having a coach can speed up your decision-making process, help you articulate your thoughts with clarity, sharpen your thinking and intuition, build your confidence, and ultimately improve the quality of your life. When you subscribe to a plan, you get the benefits of speaking to a coach weekly, live chatting with a coach weekly, and possibly gaining access to available workshops and programs.
Blog
The Well Working and Living Blog is a haven of resources to achieve balance and improve the quality of your life. We have four main categories that target specific topics: Joy at Work, Chance on Life, Leader Unclocked, and Fruitful Vine.
